1. This clause applies to products such as the company's photovoltaic inverter products and accessories, data collectors, monitoring software, etc.

2. This clause only applies within the territory of the People's Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region, Taiwan, and other countries and regions.

3. Warranty certificate: In principle, the entire inverter shall use the product serial number (S/N) as the confirmation certificate for the warranty period. The starting time of the product warranty period shall be calculated from the date of manufacture, plus a 90 day turnover period.

4. Customers must properly keep the national tax bureau standard invoice or its copy issued for the purchased product, and may be required to present the above vouchers as warranty basis during maintenance.

2.接到客户电话咨询服务,承诺半小时内响应并回复。

3.返修品返厂后72H内修复并安排发货。

1 . 保修期内客户服务所需备品备件运费由公司承担。

2 . 保外产品运费由客户承担。

责任豁免

1 . 无公司标识的产品。

2 . 产品或部件已经超出公司质保期,但双方另行签订延长质保服务的除外。

3 . 任何超出相关国际标准中规定的安装和使用范围,未按公司产品说明书及相关安装维护文档要求的作业、非产品所规定的工作环境或错误安装、保管及使用等造成的故障或损坏(例如安装环境温度过高、过低,过于潮湿或干燥,海拔过高,电压或电流不稳定等)。

4 . 非由公司售后服务人员或公司指定的服务机构安装、修理、更改或拆卸而造成的故障或损坏,但由公司委托的第三方售后服务机构的情形除外。

5 . 因使用非标准或非公司部件或软件导致的机器故障或损坏。

6. 因不可预见的意外因素或人为原因(操作失误、划伤、搬运、磕碰、接入不合适的电压等)导致的故障或损坏。

7.因自然灾害等不可抗力(如地震、雷击、火灾等)原因造成的故障或损坏。

8. 其他并非公司产品(包括部件)本身质量问题而导致的故障或损坏。

9. 由以上情况引起产品故障,客户若要求进行维修服务,经公司服务机构判定后,可提供有偿维修服务。
